Welcome back to another edition of the Dunk Dictionary! We are moving to intermediate level dunks! For reference those dunks are as follows:
We are increasing difficulty significantly here. I can these dunks on 8’ but have not been able to hit them all on 9’, and definitely not on 10’ yet. These dunks don’t have any distinction between jumping off of one foot versus two but I have specified whether the GIF contains a 1 foot jump or 2 foot jump for anyone referencing the images for technique.

Training Update
I will be very brief this week: more of the same. I am getting my hand mid-way up the rim but I need to make some strides in recovery. Patellar tendon pain and AC joint pain are continuing to plague me. I have hope that I can see progress and that this plateau can become a thing of the past!
